Customer’s must obtain a return authorization number.

No product will be accepted without prior authorization.

• Defective product – Product will be warranted for 90 days with replacement, with a return authorization number issued by Crimson Imaging Supplies Customer Service.
• Non-defective product – 0-30 days can be returned for a full refund, with a return authorization number issued by Crimson Imaging Supplies Customer Service.
• 31-180 days subject to re-stocking fee of 20%, with a return authorization number issued by Crimson Imaging Supplies Customer Service.
